Happy Birthday Mike
This is a CASeD card created by Carolyn King, I've used most of the same products (all unavailable now, sorry). All measurements for this card are in Centimetres.
Materials required for this card are:
Card Stock: basic black, *galvanised metallic
Designer Series Paper: *all together
Dies: *floral gallery, *stitched stars (1,2,3)
Ink: versaMark
Punches: *tailored tag
Stamp Sets: *art gallery
Accessories: White embossing powder, *silver thread
* = no longer available, when using layering dies (1) is the smallest
- Start with a base card 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5, 2 galvanised metallic rectangles 8.5 x 5.5, 2 designer series paper rectangles 8 x 5, plus another dsp rectangle 3.8 x 7.5 in a different pattern
- adhere the metallic rectangles to the 2 dsp rectangles using liquid glue
- adhere these two rectangles to the base card about 1.5 in from the side using liquid glue
- create a label shape with the last piece of dsp using the punch
- adhere the label between the 2 rectangles using liquid glue
- stamp the sentiment in versamark and cover with white embossing powder then heat emboss
- die cut the sentiment and stars.
- using some seal on the back of the largest star adhere the silver thread
- use dimensional pads to attach the stars and sentiment
