Dragonflies on Vellum

I've really gone on DL cards at the moment, and just loved this one. It includes some blending, which is another thing I'm enjoying just now, our new brushes are just fantastic.

Materials required for this card are:

Card Stock: basic white, highland heather, vellum
Dies: stitched so sweetly
Embossing Folders: subtle 3D
Embossing Powder: clear
Ink: balmy blue, bermuda bay, highland heater, pear pizzazz, smoky slate, versamark
Punches: dragonflies
Ribbon: *snowflake splendor
Stampin' Markers: bermuda bay, highland heater, pear pizzazz
Stamp Sets: dragonfly garden
Accessories: blending brushes, wink of stella (small dragonflies)

Back On Your Feet meets Dockside

My poor cousin was thrown from her horse last week and has fractured her hip, so thought a card was in order.


It's rotten to break something but I think a hip must be one of the worst, my son broke his this time last year so I can relate to what Alison has in front of her. Sorry it's a retired set but it's just so fitting!

Butterfly Gala meets Dandelion Wishes

A card for my friend Donna who is currently unwell with Covid


Some more blending along with dry embossing and heat embossing. The dandelions were stamped with the craft ink and heat embossed in white ep, and the butterflies were stamped on vellum and embossed in clear ep.

Celebrate Sunflowers meets Pretty Perennials and more

This is the 3rd card I made for Ashlie, it's a Sister card, for her 3 younger sisters to give to her. In side it just say's Happy 18th!


Enjoyed making this card, but wasn't very happy when I'd completed it, then had a brain wave and added some sequins to liven it up. It made all the difference, I thought!

Family Party with lots of die cutting

This is the 2nd card for my Granddaughter, Jenny asked if I would do A Daughter card for my Granddaughter and also a sister card which you will see tomorrow!


I made this card using a layout from Pinterest and mostly retired products. Plus, the daughter and numbers which are NSU!

Family Party meets much more

Embossing Folders: tasteful textiles
Embossing Powder: clear
Ink: bermuda bay, gorgous grape, melon mambo, versamark
Stamp Sets: family party, *number of years
Accessories: blending brushes

Used blending brushes on the Whisper white card stock using all 3 colours, before stamping and die cutting.
Made a W base for the card, with a 1½" circle punched out to place an LED tea light candle.
