Charming day meets Banner Sayings

Oops missed the actual card

Intermediate level - die cutting, dry & heat embossing, layering, punching out, stamping

Materials required for this card are:
 
Bundles: banner sayings bundle, charming day
Card Stock: basic white. coastal cabana
Designer Series Paper: *hello irresistible 
Embossing Folders: birch wood 3D, *subtle 3D
Embossing Powder: white
Ink: coastal cabana, versaMark
Punches: three banner
Accessories: bakers twine essentials, *milky dots
 * = no longer available

Start with a basic card base 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5, dsp 10.5 x 14.5, leaves 10.5 x 5.5, flowers 10.5 x 6.5, white band 2 x 14.5, sentiment 7 x 2
  1. stamp the flowers 
  2. die cut the flowers and leaves 
  3. dry emboss the flowers, leaves and dsp layer using the Subtle 3D folder
  4. dry emboss the white band using the birch wood 3D folder
  5. stamp the sentiment in versaMark, add the embossing powder and heat 
  6. cut out the sentiment, using the three banner punch
  7. adhere the white band to the dsp layer using liquid glue
  8. adhere dsp layer to the base card using liquid glue
  9. adhere the leaves using liquid glue and the flowers using dimensional pads
  10. create a figure 8 loop of twine and adhere to the back of the sentiment using tear & tape
  11. attach the sentiment to the card using dimensional pads
  12. adhere the milky dots

Charming Day Fun fold

Intermediate level - colour using blends, die cutting, dry embossing, layering, stamping

Materials required for this card are:

Bundles: charming day
Card Stock: basic white, shy shamrock
Designer Series Paper: bloom impressions
Embossing Folders: *subtle 3D
Ink: cloud cover, peach pie
Stampin' Blends: lemon lolly, peach pie, shy shamrock
Accessories: wink of stella
 * = no longer available

Start with a base card 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5, and cut at 15.25 (keep this piece for later) dsp 13.7 x 29 scored at 10 and cut at 20 (cut the remaining piece at 4.5 to make 2 equal strips) shy shamrock 8.5 x 4.5, basic white 5.5 x 5.5

  1. adhere the dsp card layer to the base card on the back only, using liquid glue
  2. adhere the 2 panels of dsp to the front of the card on both sides
  3. with the remaining piece white card cut at 5.5 for the flower 
  4. cut the sentiment piece to 8 x 4
  5. stamp the sentiment and flower
  6. colour the flower using the blends
  7. add the wink of stella to the petals and leaves
  8. dry emboss the sentiment and flower
  9. die cut the flower, along with a second plain flower shape (for the backing)
  10. adhere the sentiment to it backing layer using liquid glue
  11. adhere the flower to the sentiment using liqiud glue, then adhere the backing flower image (to cover the ink seepage)
  12. attach the sentiment to the front of the card using dimensional pads, only on the left side

Charming Day meets Textured Notes

 Welcome to my blog

Fancy Fold - die cutting, dry embossing, layering, stamping
Cased from the lovely Jackie at 'Klompen Stampers' 
my card is made using the centimetre equivalent 

Materials required for this card are:

Bundles: charming Day
Card Stock: basic white, fresh freesia, soft sea foam
Designer Series Paper: *flight & airy
Dies: textured notes (5,6)
Embossing Folders: *subtle 3D
Ink: *boho blue
Accessories: *sequins & gems
 * = no longer available, when using layering dies (1) is the smallest

Start with a base card 14.5 x 21 scored at 9.5 & 19 (this panel will fold backwards to open the card), dsp 19.5 x 14, white 7.5 x 11.5, 8.5 x 12.5, off cuts of fresh freesia & soft sea foam for flowers
  1. Cut the dsp at 9 & 9 again (2 wider pieces the same and a 1.5 strip)
  2. adhere the larger pieces of dsp to the front and inside front of card and the thinner strip to the right hand side of the card
  3. die cut the 2 rectangles 
  4. stamp the sentiment at the bottom of the smaller rectangle
  5. now dry emboss the smaller rectangular
  6. die cut the flowers, once in each colour
  7. trim all the leaves off the purple one and adhere to the green one using liqiud glue
  8. now attach this to the smaller rectangle using dimensional pads
  9. write your message on the larger rectangle and adhere using liquid glue to the middle panel inside the card
  10. attach the smaller rectangle to the right side panel only, using dimensional pads
  11. add the sequins
