Daisies meets Nature's Symphony

Intermediate level - die cutting, dry embossing, layering, stamping

Materials required for this card are:
 
Card Stock: basic white, strawberry slush
Designer Series Paper: 25/7 in colors
Dies: *deckled circles (2), *layering circles (2), nature's symphony
Embossing Folders: softly swirled
Ink: secret sea
Punches: 2" circle, *medium daisy, *large daisy
Stamps: *layered with love
Accessories: 25/7 in colors flat pearls
 * = no longer available, when using layering dies (1) is the smallest

Start with a basic card base 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5, basic white 29.7 x 10.5 (punching & die cutting), strawberry slush 5.5 x 5.5, dsp 10 x 14
  1. adhere the dsp to the base card, using liquid glue
  2. using the 2" circle, punch a hole in the bottom right corner of the base card
  3. stamp the happy birthday in the bottom right corner of the white strip
  4. die cut the leaves and the sentiment
  5. die cut the deckled circle
  6. die cut 2 of each of the daisy's
  7. run the daisies through the embossing folder
  8. adhere the sentiment to the deckled circle, using liquid glue
  9. adhere the daisies together in the centre only, using liquid glue
  10. adhere the leaves to the base card, using liquid glue
  11. adhere the daisies using liquid glue
  12. add the faceted gems to the centre of the daisies
  13. attach the sentiment using dimensional pads
  14. add the pearls

Anniversaries, Paradise Garden

Anniversary cards for each of my Children 


Intermediate level - die cutting, hybrid embossing, layering, stamping

Materials required for this card are:
 
Bundles: paradise Garden
Card Stock: basic white, bubble bath, highland heather, lemon lolly
Ink: bubble bath, highland heather, lemon lolly, secret sea
Stampin' Write Markers: *shaded spruce & shy shamrock 
Stamps: *sweetly scripted
Accessories: *purple sequins, *rainbow dots 
 * = no longer available

Start with a basic card base 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5 for portrait cards, 10.5 x 29 scored @ 14.5 for landscape card, white layer 10 x 14, vellum 10 x 14, sentiment 4 x 10.5, flowers & leaves 9 x 21
  1. dry emboss the vellum 
  2. adhere to the white layer using liquid glue very sparingly 
  3. adhere this layer to the base card, using liquid glue
  4. ink up the 2 flowers, remove the ink from the stems and add the green using the stampin' write marker (remember to huff before stamping) now stamp the leaves
  5. stamp the sentiment
  6. die cut all the pieces 
  7. arrange onto the card then adhere the leaves using liquid glue
  8. adhere the two flowers together, using liquid glue
  9. attach the flowers and sentiment, using dimensional pads
  10. add the sequins or dots

Delicate Whispers and more

Intermediate level - colour using alcohol blends, and blending brush, die cutting, dry embossing, fussy cutting, layering, stamping

Materials required for this card are:
 
Card Stock: basic white, *pebble path, soft sea foam
Bundles: delicate whispers
Embossing Folders: *subtle 3D
Ink: cloud cover, bubble bath, *pebble path
Stampin' Blends: bubble bath, soft sea foam
Stamps: *en franรงais, *go to greetings, Spotlight on nature
Accessories: blending brush, *brushed brass butterflies, wink of stella
 * = no longer available, when using layering dies (1) is the smallest

Start with a basic card base 15 x 21 scored at 10.5, basic white 6 x 15 (front panel), 6 x 9 (spray of flowers),5.5 x 3.5 (single flower), 2.5 x 7 (sentiment),soft sea foam 4 x 9 (ferns), pebble path 4 x 15 (torn strip)
  1. stamp the background on the front of the base card, down the right hand side, and the second stamp from spotlight on nature using second generation stamping
  2. using the blending brush colour the middle of the white panel
  3. rip about half a centimetre off the pebble path cs
  4. adhere the remainder of the strip to the white panel using liquid glue
  5. now adhere to the base card leaving about half a centimetre on the left side showing, using liquid glue
  6. stamp the spray of flowers and single flower in cloud cover, and the sentiment in pebble path
  7. die cut the ferns, spray of flowers and single flower
  8. colour the flowers and fussy cut round the sentiment
  9. add wink of stella to the flowers and leaves
  10. adhere the ferns in position using liquid glue
  11. attach the flowers and sentiment using dimensional pads
  12. add the butterflies

Fabulous Sayings meets Gorgeous Grunge

Card Stock: azure afternoon, basic white
Embossing Folders: exposed brick 3D
Ink: azure afternoon, poppy parade, smoky slate
Stamps: fabulous sayings, *gorgeous grunge

Start with a basic card base 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5, white (embossed) 14 x 10, (sentiment) 9.5 x 3.2
  1. stamp the images onto the white layer
  2. emboss the stamped layer
  3. adhere the stamped layer to the base card using liquid glue
  4. stamp the sentiment
  5. attach the sentiment using dimensional pads
Like I said, quick and easy, only after I took nearly an hour to find the gorgeous grunge stamp set ๐Ÿ˜Š

Materials required for this card are:
 
Card Stock: basic white, misty moonlight, smoky slate
Dies: *scalloped contours
Embossing Folders: *tasteful textile 3D
Ink: basic grey, misty moonlight, smoky slate
Stamps: *color & contour
Accessories: *silver cord, *tinsel gems 3 pack, wink of stella
 * = no longer available, when using layering dies (1) is the smallest

Start with a basic card base 15 x 21 scored at 10.5, blue (layer) 14.5 x 10, (flowers) 4 x 14, smoky slate flowers 5 x 11, white (layer) 14.5 x 8), (flowers) 5.5 x 10.5
  1. dry emboss the the blue layer and adhere to the base card using liquid glue
  2. die cut the white layer
  3. stamp the white flowers using basic grey ink
  4. die cut the blue, smoky slate and white flowers
  5. do the stamping on the white layer - (sentiment, splats and leaf)
  6. add a little smoky slate to a clear block -, then use the wink of stella to gently colour the white flowers
  7. adhere white layer to the base card using liquid glue
  8. adhere the blue and grey background flowers using liquid glue
  9. attach the the white flowers using dimensional pads
  10. make a bow and attach using a glue dot
  11. add the gems
