Beautiful Balloons meets Best Family Ever

Fun card - die cutting, dry embossing, layering, stamping

Sorry to see these stamp sets going, just love them

Materials required for this card are:

Bundles: *beautiful balloons bundle

Card Stock: azure afternoon, basic white

Designer Series Paper: *bright & beautiful

Embossing Folders: basics 3D

Ink: azure afternoon, berry burst, lemon lime twist, misty moonlight

Stamps: *best family ever

Accessories: *gingham gala sequins, linen thread

1. Start with a base card 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5, white layer 14 x 5.5, dsp 14 x 4.5, off cuts for sentiments and balloons
2. dry emboss the white panel using the folder and adhere down the right side of the base card using liquid glue
3. adhere the dsp the same way on the left side meeting in the middle (mine slightly overlapped as I cut the middle edge down the edge of the coloured strip)
4. stamp the balloons and sentiments
5. fussy cut  the sentiments and die cut the balloons
6. adhere the large balloon using liquid glue, the middle balloon using a glue dot
7. cut 3 lengths of linen thread and tie them together with a bow, gather them together at one end and attach them to the bottom of the 2 balloons using a dimension pad
8. add a glue dot to the back of the bow and attach to the card leaving the balloon end quite loose so you can see all three threads at the top
9. attach the 3rd balloon using the thread dimension pad plus one or two more
10. attach the sentiments using dimensional pads
11. add the sequins

Sketched Plaid meets Beautiful Balloons

Quick card, Inspired by 'stampinpretty' - die cutting, layering, stamping

Materials required for this card are:

Bundles: beautiful balloons

Card Stock: basic black, *gold foil

Dies: deckled rectangles (7), stylish shapes squares (3,4) circle (3)

Ink: memento tuxedo black

Stamps: sketched plaid

Accessories: classic matte dots

 

* = no longer available, when using layering dies (1) is the smallest

1. Start with a base card 14 x 21 scored at 10.5, white and gold layers 9.5 x 13, black layer 7 x 7, off cuts for the stars
2. stamp the white layer using the plaid stamp and then die cut it using the deckled rectangle
3. die cut the 3 stars from the middle of the gold rectangle
4. adhere the plaid layer to the gold layer using liquid glue
5. adhere this layer to the base card again using liquid glue
6. stamp the sentiment and die cut using the circle die
7. die cut the black frame using both square dies at the same time
8. adhere the black frame using liquid glue
9. attach the sentiment and stars using dimensional pads
10. add the dots

Countryside Corners and more

So far I'm liking the new countryside corners bundle, again trying to use up some of my retired stash.

I'm about to change up my crafting space, so sorting everything out at the moment, moving the retired stash to a different location in the house and just keeping the current stash in the craft space.

Materials required for this card are:

Card Stock: basic white, moody mauve, soft sea foam

Designer Series Paper: hello irresistible

Dies: cheerful daisies, countryside corners (5,6), deckled rectangles (8)

Embossing Folders: exposed brick 3D

Ink: moody mauve

Stamp Sets: beautiful balloons, cheerful daisies, countryside corners

Accessories: *adhisived backed sequins, basic rhinestones

 * = no longer available, when using layering dies (1) is the smallest

1. Start with a base card 14 x 21 scored at 10.5
2. stamp the 2 flower centres
3. die cut all the pieces, 3 frames, 2 flowers + centres, 3 leaves
4. stamp the sentiment on the smaller frame
5. emboss the background and smaller frame
6. adhere the background and larger frame to the base card using liquid glue
7. attach the small frame using dimensional pads
8. adhere the 2 flowers and leaves using liquid glue, attach the 2 flower centres using glue dot
9. attach the sequins and rhinestones

Really quick and easy - Die cutting, stamping, punching

Materials required for this card are:

Card Stock: basic white

Designer Series Paper: bright & beautiful

Dies: alphabet a la mode, beautiful balloons bundle

Embossing Folders: exposed brick 3D

Ink: boho blue, moody mauve

Punches: best label, double oval

Stamp Sets: alphabest, beautiful balloons, circle sayings

Accessories: in colour dots & jute trim 23/25 

1. Start with a base card 14.8 x 21 scored at 10.5, dsp 10.1 x 14.4
2. dry emboss the dsp and adhere using liquid glue
3. stamp the letters, balloon and sentiment
4. die cut the numbers and balloon
5. punch out the sentiment and letters
6. attach the elements to the card using dimensional pads
7. make a jute bow and attach to the balloon using a glue dot
8. add the dots.
