Intermediate level - colour using blends, die cutting, layering, fussy cutting, stamping

Materials required for this card are:

 

Bundles: delicate whispers

Card Stock: basic white, whispers of texture

Designer Series Paper: delicate dreams

Dies: textured notes (6)

Ink: secret sea, soft sea foam

Stampin' Blends: azure afternoon, soft sea foam, secret sea

Stamps: *beautiful bouquet

Accessories: bakers twine essentials, *basic sequins

Start with a basic card base 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5, dsp 14.25 x 10.25, texture 13 x 10 (rectangle), white 11 x 9 (flowers), 5 x 3 (sentiment)

1. adhere the dsp to the base card using liquid glue
2. stamp the flowers in green and the sentiment in blue
3. die cut the flowers and rectangle
4. fussy cut the sentiment
5. colour the flowers and leaves using the blends
6. attach the rectangle, flowers and sentiment to the base card using dimensional pads
7. make a double bow, and attach to card using a glue dot
8. add the sequins

Delightful Wishes meets Textured Notes

The ribbon technique came from Terri Ganes.

Intermediate level - die cutting, dry embossing, layering. paper ribbon technique , stamping, two step stamping

Materials required for this card are:

 

Card Stock: basic white, fresh freesia, pecan pie

Designer Series Paper: *flight & airy

Dies: textured notes (4)

Embossing Folders: beautiful patterns 3D, *subtle 3D

Ink: bubble bath, fresh freesia, soft sea foam

 * = no longer available, when using layering dies (1) is the smallest

Start with a basic card base 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5, white 14.5 x 10.5, 14 x 4.5, 11 x 6, 11.5 x 5, 10 x 5, pecan pie 12.5 x 4.5, fresh freesia 10 x 5, 2 x 9.5, dsp 2 strips of each colour 1 x 30

1. emboss the 14.5 x 10.5 piece using the beautiful patterns 3D folder and adhere to the base card using liquid glue
2. taking the white piece 14 x 4.5 score lines every 2cm across the long length and put to one side
3. Using the 11 x 6 die cut the rectangle and emboss using  the subtle 3D folder
4. use the 11 x 5 to carry out the 2 step stamping of the flowers and 1 step for the leaves (3 needed) then die cut the pieces
5. add adhesive sheeting to the back of the 10 x 5 piece then die cut the thin wishing die
6. add adhesive sheeting to the back of the fresh freesia 10 x 5 piece then die cut the wider wishing die
7. add adhesive sheeting to the back of the pecan pie 12.5 x 4.5  piece then die cut the branches
8. stamp the sentiment using the fresh freesia 9.5 x 2 and die cut
9. cut the stripes of dsp to 5.5 long and adhere to the scored card using stampin' seal' in a diagonal fashion using the scored lines as guide
10. adhere this piece to the base card about 1cm in from the left edge using liquid glue 
11. cut down the branches to fit the rectangle, remvoe the backing from the branches and adhere to the rectangle
12. attach the rectangle to the base card using a combination of dimensional pads on the right side and liquid glue on the left side 
13. remove the backing from the white wishing and layer onto the pink one
14. now remove the backing from the pink wishes and adhere to the base card
15. arrange the flowers and leaves then adhere using liquid glue
16. attach the sentiment using dimensional pads

Charming Day meets Textured Notes

Fancy Fold - die cutting, dry embossing, layering, stamping

Cased from the lovely Jackie at 'Klompen Stampers' 

my card is made using the centimetre equivalent 

Materials required for this card are:

Bundles: charming Day

Card Stock: basic white, fresh freesia, soft sea foam

Designer Series Paper: *flight & airy

Dies: textured notes (5,6)

Embossing Folders: *subtle 3D

Ink: *boho blue

Accessories: *sequins & gems

 * = no longer available, when using layering dies (1) is the smallest

Start with a base card 14.5 x 21 scored at 9.5 & 19 (this panel will fold backwards to open the card), dsp 19.5 x 14, white 7.5 x 11.5, 8.5 x 12.5, off cuts of fresh freesia & soft sea foam for flowers

1. Cut the dsp at 9 & 9 again (2 wider pieces the same and a 1.5 strip)
2. adhere the larger pieces of dsp to the front and inside front of card and the thinner strip to the right hand side of the card
3. die cut the 2 rectangles 
4. stamp the sentiment at the bottom of the smaller rectangle
5. now dry emboss the smaller rectangular
6. die cut the flowers, once in each colour
7. trim all the leaves off the purple one and adhere to the green one using liqiud glue
8. now attach this to the smaller rectangle using dimensional pads
9. write your message on the larger rectangle and adhere using liquid glue to the middle panel inside the card
10. attach the smaller rectangle to the right side panel only, using dimensional pads
11. add the sequins

Fun fold - With You In Mind

Fun fold cased from Amanda Fowler - Beginner level

die cutting, layering, stamping

Materials required for this card are:

Card Stock: basic white, bubble bath, petunia pop

Designer Series Paper: florals in bloom

Dies: *brilliant wings, textured notes (6), (inside panel)

Ink: petunia pop

Stamps: with you in mind

Accessories: rhinestone basic jewels (added to the butterfly after photo was done)

Start with a base card 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5 and cut at 15.75 and keep the cut off piece, basic white 8 x 4, bubble bath 4.5 x 3.5, dsp 13.7 x 29 scored at 10 cut at 20 and the off cut cut at 4.5 for the two panels

1. adhere the dsp to the inside and both sides of the front panel of the base card using liquid glue
2. stamp the sentiment
3. using the off cut from the base card trim it down to become a border for the sentiment and adhere with liquid glue to the front panel only
4. die cut a butterfly and adhere to the corner of the sentiment using liquid glue
5. add 3 rhinestones to the butterfly (not shown in  the image, but just finishes it off.

Easy level - die cutting, layering, stamping

Materials required for this card are:

Card Stock: basic white, secret sea, shy shamrock

Designer Series Paper: full of life

Dies: textured notes

Ink: secret sea

Stamps: peaceful view, simply said

Accessories: 24/6 in color resin dots, linen thread

Start with a base card 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5, green layer 10.1 x 14.1, dsp layer 9.7 x 13.7, basic white off cut for sentiment

1. stamp the dsp layer (use of a positioning tool comes in handy here as the image will need a few layers of ink)
2. adhere this layer to the green layer using liquid glue
3. add the linen thread and secure with a bow
4. attach this layer to the base card using dimensional pads
5. stamp the sentiment
6. die cut the sentiment (I ran it through the die cutter 3 times to make it smaller)
7. adhere to the card using liquid glue and add the dots

Anniversary cards for June

Happy Anniversary wishes for all those in June

Intermediate level - colouring ribbon, die cutting, layering, stamping

Materials required for this card are:

Bundles: 

Card Stock: basic white

Dies: *potted succulent, textured notes

Stampin' Blends: fresh freesia, lost lagoon, highland heather, shy shamrock 

Stamps: everyday greetings, greetings of the season

Accessories: *bakers twine essential pack (18cm), *polka dot tulle (16cm)

 * = no longer available

Start with a base card 14. x 21 scored at 10.5, white layer 13.7 x 10.2, long sentiment 2 x 10, oval sentiment 4 x 9

1. Add adhesive sheeting to the back of the background layer
2. die cut this layer using the larger stamp from the potted succulents dies
3. dye the ribbon to the colour you wish to use, using the stampin' blend pens
4. remove the backing from the die cut piece and carefully adhere each end of the ribbon around it, then adhere to the base card
5. stamp and die cut the 2 sentiments (the bottom one was computer generated).
6. attach these sentiments to the card using dimensional pads
7. add a twine bow to the left of the top sentiment
8. add rhinestones if you want a little more adornment (I did this on the ones not being posted) placed either side of the longer sentiment.
