Many messages meets Very Versailles

Thank you for joining me today!

Happy Anniversary to Carole & Nigel

This is the second of two cards made in this style, one landscape and one portrait. As the first one it's a mixture of old and new products.

Blending brushes were used on the shimmery white using rococo rose and seaside spray before die cutting.

Materials required for this card are:

Card Stock: *rococo rose, seaside spray, shimmery white
Dies: *curvy, messages, potted succulents, stitched be mine (1,2 w)
Embossing Powder: heat & stick, white
Ink: rococo rose, versamark
Punches: lovely labels
Ribbon: *metallic
Stamp Sets: many messages, *quite curvy, very versailles
Accessories: basic rhinestones, *dazzling diamonds, *woven thread sequins
* = no longer available, when using layering dies (1) is the smallest

Hope you liked today's card. If you would like more information on how to make it, please don't hesitate to contact me, I'd love to hear from you.

If you wish to buy any of the items used, go to contacting me at the top of the page for details on how to order.

By The Bay meets Home To Roost

Thank you for joining me today!

So sad, this is the last thank you card for Sue, they are moving next week so no more lovely dinners. But we do wish them well and hope they're very happy in their new home.

They're moving to Devon so I thought this cottage scene would be quite appropriate. It's mainly water colouring, dry embossing and some blending.
The inspiration for this card came from Rochelle at Stamping Flair

Materials required for this card are:

Card Stock: basic thick white, merry merlot
Dies: stitched rectangles (5 & 6)
Embossing Folders: *pinewood planks, * subtle 3D
Ink: crumb cake, early espresso, merry merlot, *seaside spray, smoky slate
Stampin' Blends: cherry cobbler, night of navy (used to colour the rhinestones)
Stampin' Markers: crumb cake, garden green, merry merlot, old olive, seaside spray (used for the water colouring)
Stamp Sets: *by the bay, *home to roost
Accessories: basic rhinestones
(smoky slate & seaside spray were used for swiping the background)
when using layering dies (1) is the smallest

Hope you liked today's card. If you would like more information on how to make it, please don't hesitate to contact me, I'd love to hear from you.

If you wish to buy any of the items used, go to contacting me at the top of the page for details on how to order.

Happiest of Birthdays and more!

Thank you for joining me today!

This is the first of 2 posts today, some day's are busier than others, don't you think!

Happy 8th birthday Kayden, love you loads!!

I didn't know what to do for Kayden this year, so did my usual and looked on Pinterest.  I found one by Debbie Reemtsen I liked, so this is my version using almost all the same products, but getting a different look. So thank you Debbie.

Materials required for this card are:

Card Stock: basic white, *galvanised metallic, granny apple green, pacific point, pumpkin pie, real red
Dies: *beautiful brushstrokes, stitched stars
Embossing Folders: painted texture 3D
Ink: pacific point
Punches: banner pick a punch
Ribbon: *black cord
Stampin' Markers: granny apple green, pumpkin pie
Stamp Sets: Happiest of Birthdays

The eighth was computer generated, and the black cord was used to hide the line running through the middle as the card needed to be run through the embossing machine twice as it was bigger than the folder.

Hello Cheryl, just a quick card to let you know I care and miss you!

I fancied doing a rainbow type card this week and this is what I came up with. There's a little mistake but you really don't notice it, one of the flower centres  is the wrong colour. I used rococo rose instead of pale papaya but 'hey ho' this is real life and mistakes are made sometimes.

Designer Series Paper: pattern party
