Daisies meets Nature's Symphony

Happy birthday Serenia

Intermediate level - die cutting, dry embossing, layering, stamping

Materials required for this card are:
 
Card Stock: basic white, strawberry slush
Designer Series Paper: 25/7 in colors
Dies: *deckled circles (2), *layering circles (2), nature's symphony
Embossing Folders: softly swirled
Ink: secret sea
Punches: 2" circle, *medium daisy, *large daisy
Stamps: *layered with love
Accessories: 25/7 in colors flat pearls
 * = no longer available, when using layering dies (1) is the smallest

Start with a basic card base 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5, basic white 29.7 x 10.5 (punching & die cutting), strawberry slush 5.5 x 5.5, dsp 10 x 14
  1. adhere the dsp to the base card, using liquid glue
  2. using the 2" circle, punch a hole in the bottom right corner of the base card
  3. stamp the happy birthday in the bottom right corner of the white strip
  4. die cut the leaves and the sentiment
  5. die cut the deckled circle
  6. die cut 2 of each of the daisy's
  7. run the daisies through the embossing folder
  8. adhere the sentiment to the deckled circle, using liquid glue
  9. adhere the daisies together in the centre only, using liquid glue
  10. adhere the leaves to the base card, using liquid glue
  11. adhere the daisies using liquid glue
  12. add the faceted gems to the centre of the daisies
  13. attach the sentiment using dimensional pads
  14. add the pearls

Blast from the past - Birthday

Intermediate level - die cutting, dry embossing, layering

Materials required for this card are:
 
Card Stock: basic white, pretty peacock
Designer Series Paper: *oxidised copper
Dies: *stitched nested labels (5), *most wanted
Embossing Folders: soft waves 3D
Accessories: *sequins trio pack, adhesive sheets
 * = no longer available, when using layering dies (1) is the smallest

Start with a basic card base 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5, white 10 x 14, (sentiment background) 9 x 5, pretty peacock sentiment 8.5 x 5, label 10.5 x 6, dsp 1cm full strip, 2cm full strip
  1. dry emboss the white layer using the 3D folder
  2. starting with the thiner strip adhere diagonally across the bottom left corner of the white layer, using liquid glue
  3. adhere a second wider strip leaving a small gap, now adhere the next 3 strips the same way
  4. add adhesive sheet to the back of the sentiment card piece
  5. now die cut all the pieces (3 in all)
  6. adhere the sentiment to the white background
  7. adhere the label to the card using liquid glue
  8. attach the sentiment using dimensional pads
  9. adhere the white layer to the base card
  10. add the sequins

Card within a Card

Intermediate level - die cutting, dry & heat embossing, layering, punching, stamping

Materials required for this card are:
 
Bundles: *irresistible blooms
Stock: basic white
Designer Series Paper: *perfectly artistic
Embossing Folders: soft waves 3D
Embossing Powder: white
Ink: lost lagoon, versaMark
Punches: happy labels
Stamps: charming day
Accessories: *tinsel gems 3 pack
 * = no longer available

Start with a basic card base 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5, dsp 14 x 18 scored at 9, white 2 x 18
  1. dry emboss the front of the card and cut off 1cm on the right side
  2. adhere this piece to the inside back of the card
  3. die cut the front of the card using the circle die
  4. slot the dsp insert inside the card and stamp the flower using versaMark
  5. remove from the card, add the white embossing powder and heat
  6. re insert the dsp and adhere to the base card (along the back edge only)
  7. stamp the happy birthday from charming day and the friend sentiment from irresistible blooms 
  8. use the punch to finish off each edge
  9. attach the friend sentiment  to the front of the card
  10. adhere the happy birthday sentiment on the inside under the flower using liquid glue
  11. add the gems

Adventurous sky collection

Materials required for this card are:

Bundles: adventurous sky
Card Stock: night of navy
Designer Series Paper: take to the sky
Dies: *everyday details (4)
Embossing Folders: soft waves 3D
Ink: memento black, night of navy
Stampin' Blends: boho blue, gray granite, smoky slate
Accessories: *adhesive backed milky dots
 * = no longer available

Start with a base card 10.5 x 29 scored at 10.5, basic white 9 x 5, gray granite 9 x 9, 4 x 14.2, dsp 3.1 x 13.9, 7.5 x 10.1
  1. dry emboss the the righthand side of the base card front
  2. adhere the clouds dsp using liquid glue
  3. adhere the blue dsp to the gray granite strip using liquid glue
  4. adhere this to the base card using liquid glue
  5. stamp the plane in black
  6. colour the plane using the the blends
  7. die cut the plane and circle
  8. stamp the sentiment to the circle in night of navy
  9. attach the plane to the circle using dimensional pads
  10. adhere the circle to the base card using liquid glue
  11. add a milky dot to the nose of plane
