Delicate Whispers and more

Happy Anniversary to Sylvia & Bill


Intermediate level - blending with a brush, colour using alcohol blends, die cutting, dry embossing, layering, stamping

Materials required for this card are:
 
Bundles: delicate whispers
Card Stock: basic white
Designer Series Paper: delicate dreams
Dies: *cheerful daisies, *scalloped contours (5), *stitched rectangles (6)
Embossing Folders: *exposed brick 3D
Ink: cloud cover, hydrangea hue
Stampin' Blends: barely blush, golden glow, hydrangeas hue, peaceful pine
Stamps: phrases & frames
Accessories: 2026/8 color dots, linen thread
 * = no longer available, when using layering dies (1) is the smallest

Start with a basic card base 14 x 21 scored at 10.5, basic white dsp 14 x 11 (scalloped frame), 4.5 x 3 (flower), 9 x 12 (rectangle), 5 x 9 (flowers), 7 x 3.5 (sentiment), crumb cake 8.5 x 3 (fronds)
  1. die cut the scalloped frame and rectangle
  2. create a light background on the rectangle, using a blending brush
  3. dry emboss the rectangle
  4. add the linen thread, and then the bow, to the rectangle using tape on the back and a glue dot for the bow
  5. adhere the rectangle to the scalloped frame, using liquid glue
  6. adhere the scalloped frame to the base card, using liquid glue
  7. stamp the spray of flowers (i used my stampin' positioner for this as I stamped it about 3 times for the darker shade) then coloured using the blends
  8. die cut the dsp flower, spray of flowers and the fronds
  9. adhere the fronds onto the rectangle, using liquid glue
  10. attach the spray of flowers, single flower, and sentiment, using dimensional pads

Delicate Whispers meets Beautiful Bouquet

Intermediate level - colour using blends, die cutting, layering, fussy cutting, stamping

Materials required for this card are:
 
Bundles: delicate whispers
Card Stock: basic white, whispers of texture
Designer Series Paper: delicate dreams
Dies: textured notes (6)
Ink: secret sea, soft sea foam
Stampin' Blends: azure afternoon, soft sea foam, secret sea
Stamps: *beautiful bouquet
Accessories: bakers twine essentials, *basic sequins
 * = no longer available, when using layering dies (1) is the smallest

Start with a basic card base 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5, dsp 14.25 x 10.25, texture 13 x 10 (rectangle), white 11 x 9 (flowers), 5 x 3 (sentiment)
  1. adhere the dsp to the base card using liquid glue
  2. stamp the flowers in green and the sentiment in blue
  3. die cut the flowers and rectangle
  4. fussy cut the sentiment
  5. colour the flowers and leaves using the blends
  6. attach the rectangle, flowers and sentiment to the base card using dimensional pads
  7. make a double bow, and attach to card using a glue dot
  8. add the sequins

Intermediate level - colour using alcohol blends, and blending brush, die cutting, dry embossing, fussy cutting, layering, stamping

Materials required for this card are:
 
Card Stock: basic white, *pebble path, soft sea foam
Bundles: delicate whispers
Embossing Folders: *subtle 3D
Ink: cloud cover, bubble bath, *pebble path
Stampin' Blends: bubble bath, soft sea foam
Stamps: *en français, *go to greetings, Spotlight on nature
Accessories: blending brush, *brushed brass butterflies, wink of stella
 * = no longer available, when using layering dies (1) is the smallest

Start with a basic card base 15 x 21 scored at 10.5, basic white 6 x 15 (front panel), 6 x 9 (spray of flowers),5.5 x 3.5 (single flower), 2.5 x 7 (sentiment),soft sea foam 4 x 9 (ferns), pebble path 4 x 15 (torn strip)
  1. stamp the background on the front of the base card, down the right hand side, and the second stamp from spotlight on nature using second generation stamping
  2. using the blending brush colour the middle of the white panel
  3. rip about half a centimetre off the pebble path cs
  4. adhere the remainder of the strip to the white panel using liquid glue
  5. now adhere to the base card leaving about half a centimetre on the left side showing, using liquid glue
  6. stamp the spray of flowers and single flower in cloud cover, and the sentiment in pebble path
  7. die cut the ferns, spray of flowers and single flower
  8. colour the flowers and fussy cut round the sentiment
  9. add wink of stella to the flowers and leaves
  10. adhere the ferns in position using liquid glue
  11. attach the flowers and sentiment using dimensional pads
  12. add the butterflies
