Happy Sweet 16 Lily
Materials required for this card are:
Card Stock: balmy blue, basic white
Dies: eyelet blooms, *birthday celebrations, *call me cupcake, *stitched seasons (2,3)
Embossing Folders: *subtle 3D
Ink: crumb cake, fresh freesia, highland heather, secret sea
Stamps: *hello cupcake
Accessories: adhesive sheets, essentials bakers twine, rhinestones basic jewels
* = no longer available, when using layering dies (1) is the smallest
Start with a basic card base 15 x 22 scored at 11, white layer 15 x 11, blue label 13.5 x 10, white label 11 x 7, white stamping 12 x 7, numbers white and blue 4 x 4
- die cut the white background
- adhere this layer to the base card using liquid glue
- stamp the cupcake pieces & heart
- die cut the labels, numbers (with the adhesive sheeting on the back), heart and cupcake pieces
- adhere the pieces of cupcake together using liquid glue
- stamp the sweet sentiment and small flowers around the white label
- dry emboss both the labels
- adhere the 2 labels together using liquid glue
- adhere the numbers together with a slight shadow
- attach the labels to the base card using dimensional pads
- attach the cupcake to the card using dimensional pads
- adhere the numbers
- create a double bow and attach to the cupcake using a glue dot
- add the rhinestones
