Pop up Petals - A card on top of a card

Intermediate level - blending with markers, die cutting, layering, stamping

Materials required for this card are:
 
Bundles: delightful wishes, pop up petals
Card Stock: basic white, cloud cover, petunia pop
Designer Series Paper: florals in bloom, whispers of texture
Dies: *cheerful daisies 
Ink: memento black, petunia pop
Stampin' Blends: petunia pop, shy shamrock
Stamps: spotlight on nature
Accessories: adhesive sheets, muted palette dots

Start with a whispers of texture base 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5, florals in bloom 14 x 20 scored @ 10, 14 x 10 (top layer to hide the gap) basic white 7 x 10 (3 flowers), 10 x 1.8 (front wishing), 7 x 3 (middle sentiment), 4.5 x 10 (wishing), cloud cover 6.5 x 1.5 (ledges), petunia pop 6 x 9 (wishing background), dsp squares 2.5 x 2.5 (2 needed)
  1. using the centre score line of the patterned dsp, die cut the opening for the boxes at 3.5 from the bottom
  2. stamp the 2 sentiments and the 3 flowers 
  3. colour the flowers using the blends
  4. apply the adhesive sheeting to the 2 pieces need for the wishing sentiment
  5. carry out the die cutting for all the elements needed
  6. adhere the 2 squares to the boxes, then add the ledges using liquid glue
  7. adhere the 2 flowers inside of the boxes at 2 different levels using liquid glue
  8. attach the internal sentiment using dimensional pads
  9. adhere the back of the florals in bloom layer to the front of the whispers of texture using liquid glue making sure you don't put glue where the boxes are
  10. adhere the front top layer to hide the opening where the boxes are again not putting glue where the boxes are using liquid glue 
  11. remove the backing from the white wishing and adhere to the petunia pop layer of the wishing, now remove the backing from the petunia pop layer and position on the front of the card 
  12. attach the last sentiment using dimensional pads, leaving a gap for the flower to slot in
  13. adhere the flower using liquid glue
  14. place the dots
