Intermediate - die cutting, dry and heat embossing, layering, mask colouring, stamping
Materials required for this card are:
Bundles: translucent florals
Card Stock: basic white, lemon lolly
Designer Series Paper: *perennial essence vellum
Dies: deckled rectangles (7), *sentiment silhouettes
Embossing Folders: painted textures
Ink: lemon lolly, versaMark
Stamps: *charming sentiments
Accessories: adhesive backed solid gems, *adorning designs masks, blending brush, clear embossing powder
* = no longer available, when using layering dies (1) is the smallest
- Start with a base card 14. x 21 scored at 10.5, white 9.5 x13, white off cuts for stamping
- using one of the masks, colour the bottom section of the white rectangle in lemon lolly
- dry emboss the rectangle using the folder, then adhere it to the base card using liquid glue
- stamp the flowers and the leaves on basic white
- stamp the 2 flowers again in versaMark and heat emboss using clear powder
- die cut all these images plus a plain vellum leaves
- adhere the leaves vellum using a little liquid glue where it won't show on the finished card
- shape the 2 vellum flowers using a bone folder and adhere along the bottom edge with a little liquid glue
- adhere the leaves to the base card using liquid glue
- attach the flowers and sentiment using dimensional pads
- add the gems
