Happy Birthday Serienia
I was really pleased with this card, I CASeD it from Meg Loven, from 'lovenstamps.com'. My son took a picture of my daughter in law sitting just like this when they were staying at a hotel while on holiday last year. I changed it slightly by embossing the white panel, using a sentiment and adding some rhinestones.
Materials required for this card are:
Card Stock: basic white, vellum
Designer Series Paper: heart & home
Dies: layering circles (8), meadow
Embossing Folders: timber 3D
Ink: stazon jet black
Stampin' Up Blends: cherry cobbler, cinnamon cider, mont macaron, misty moonlight, so saffron, su 700 & 800
Stamp Sets: *calming camellia, in the moment
Accessories: heart & home cards/envelopes, iridescent rhinestones
* = no longer available, when using layering dies (1) is the smallest
