Love this hat, but haven't used it anywhere near enough so thought I'd give it an airing today. The layout came from Amy Koenders, I've just tweeted it slightly.
Materials required for this card are:
Card Stock: balmy blue, basic white, real red
Designer Series Paper: pattern party
Dies: hat builder, playful alphabet
Embossing Folders: hammered metal 3D
Ink: balmy blue
Punches: *banner triple, classic label
Stamp Sets: a grand kid
