Layers Of Beauty meets Extraordinary Washi Tape

Intermediate level - die cutting,  dry embossing, layering, making bows, stamping

Materials required for this card are:
 
Card Stock: basic white, petunia pop
Designer Series Paper: 24/26 in colors
Dies: enduring beauty, extraordinary flora
Embossing Folders: exposed brick 3D
Ink: petunia pop
Stamps: *layers of beauty
Accessories: 24/26 in color dsp, bakers twine essentials
 * = no longer available, when using layering dies (1) is the smallest

Start with a basic card base 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5, white 14.1 x 10.1, 14 x 8.5, petunia pop 4 x 14.1, dsp 3.5 x 14.1, white 8 x 4
  1. Dry emboss the white layer (14.1 x 10.1)
  2. adhere the dsp to the petunia pop using liquid glue
  3. wind  baker's twine around the petunia pop twice and secure with tape
  4. make a bow with baker twine
  5. adhere the petunia pop to the white layer using liquid glue, then the white to layer to the base card
  6. attach the washi tape to the white layer (14 x 8.5) and die cut
  7. stamp the sentiment and die cut
  8. attach the sentiment using dimensional pads
  9. arrange the elements and attach with a mixture of dimensional's and liquid glue
  10. attach the bow using a glue dot.

Thoughtful Wishes meet Charming Day

Intermediate level - die cutting, dry & heat embossing, insetting, layering, stamping 

Materials required for this card are:

Card Stock: basic white, vellum
Designer Series Paper: so very vellum
Dies: *countryside corners (2,5), *thoughtful wishes
Embossing Folders: exposed brick 3D
Embossing Powder: clear
Ink: fresh freesia, versaMark
Stampin' Blends: fresh freesia
Stamps: charming day
Accessories: *basic ab seqluins, blending brush, linen thread
 
* = no longer available, when using layering dies (1) is the smallest

Start with a base card 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5, plain vellum 10.1 x 14.1, so very vellum 6.5 x 10.5, plain vellum 7 x 3, basic white 7 x 3 (sentiment), 9.5 x 10 (flowers & leaves), soft sea foam 5 x 10 (leaves)
  1. die cut the rectangle in the towards the top  of the plain vellum, discarding the centre piece, then dry emboss using the folder
  2. lightly adhere to the base card using liquid glue 
  3. die cut another rectangle using the so very vellum, adhere this piece into the rectangle again using liqiud glue
  4. double ink the sentiment firstly in versaMark and then in fresh freesia, stamp, add embossing powder and heat
  5. die cut the sentiment and vellum overlay
  6. lightly adhere the overlay to the sentiment using liquid glue
  7. die cut the flowers and stems
  8. lightly colour the white leaves using a blending brush, leaving the leaves with flowers white
  9. colour the flowers using the stampin' blend 
  10. adhere these 3 layers together very lightly using liquid glue
  11. adhere to the base card the same way
  12. attach the sentiment to the base card using dimensional pads
  13. add the sequins
  14. make a bow with the linen thread and attach to the card using a glue dot

Beautiful Gallery

Easy level - layering, fussy cutting, stamping

Materials required for this card are:


Card Stock: basic white
Designer Series Paper: *in good taste, beautiful gallery
Ink: secret sea
Stamps: arched wishes, textured notes
 * = no longer available 

Start with a base card 29.7 x 10.5 scored at 14.85, background dsp 14.35 x 10.1, foreground dsp 12.9 x 9.6, white off cuts stamping
  1. cut the foreground dsp into 3 equal pieces of 4.3
  2. adhere the background layer to the base card using liquid glue
  3. position the 3 top pieces and adhere them with liquid glue
  4. stamp the two sentiments and fussy cut round them 
  5. attach the sentiments using dimensional pads
