Artistic dies meets Layers of Beauty

Easy/Intermediate level - die cutting, dry & heat embossing, layering, stamping
Sorry most of the products for this card are retired

Materials required for this card are:

Card Stock: basic white, coastal cabana, vellum
Designer Series Paper: winter frost*
Dies: artistic*, label with love
Embossing Folders: stripes & splatters 3D*, subtle 3D
Embossing Powder: clear
Ink: coastal cabana, versaMark
Stamps: layers of beauty
Accessories: sequins & gems*, crinkled seam binding*

  1. Start with a base card 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5, layer one 14.5 x 10.5, white strip 2 x 14.5, dsp strip 3 x 14.5, vellum & green 6 x 13.5, white for sentiment
  2. dry emboss the 2 white layers
  3. adhere the larger layer to the base card using liquid glue
  4. adhere the white strip to the right side of the card again using liquid glue
  5. do the same with the dsp next to the white strip
  6. stamp the sentiment, (ink up the stamp with versaMark then the coastal cabana ink before stamping)
  7. add the embossing powder and heat set 
  8. die cut the sentiment and leaves 
  9. attach the leaves with spots of liquid glue at the base of each leaf
  10. attach the sentiment using dimensional pads
  11. make the bow and attach using a glue dot
  12. add the sequins

Round We Go meets Sweetly Scripted & more

Intermediate Level - colour using blending brushes, die cutting, dry & heat embossing, layering, stamping

Materials required for this card are:

Card Stock: basic white, bubble bath
Designer Series Paper: bright & beautiful
Dies: deckled circles (2,7), round we go, spotlight on nature
Embossing Folders: dotted circle 3D
Embossing Powder: white
Ink: versaMark
Stamps: sweetly scripted
Accessories: blending brush, iridescent pearls, paper butterfly accents
 when using layering dies (1) is the smallest
  1. Start with a base card 14. x 21 scored at 10.5, white 13.6 x 10.1, dsp 14 x 4.5 (you'll need 2 of these), white 9 x 9, bubble bath 4 pieces 10.5 10.5, 4.5 x 4.5, 2 x 2, 6.5 x 2
  2. die cut the 4 circles, and the 2 long strips
  3. emboss the white layer using the 3d folder (making sure the middle of the circle is where you want it on the card)
  4. adhere this layer to the base card using liquid glue
  5. adhere the larger circle and the white circle to the base card using liquid glue
  6. stamp the sentiment using versaMark, then heat emboss using white. once cool fussy cut
  7. fold the 2 strips and join them together using liquid glue
  8. using the smaller of the deckled circles as the base for the wheel, flatten out the dsp and adhere together using liquid glue
  9. adhere this to the card using liquid glue
  10. using a blending brush lightly colour the butterfly and adhere to the top of the wheel using liquid glue, then add 3 pearls to the middle of the butterfly (these are not on the photo as they were added later)
  11. attach the sentiment using dimensional pads
  12. add the pearls

Happiest Day meets Deckled Rectangles

Easy level - 2 step stamping, die cutting, dying bakers twine, layering

Materials required for this card are:

Card Stock: smoky slate, very vanilla
Designer Series Paper: 24/6 in colours 
Dies: deckled rectangles (5,8)
Ink: memento black, peach pie, smoky slate
Stampin' Blends: smoky slate
Stamps: happiest day
Accessories: essentials bakers twine, neutrals sequins
when using layering dies (1) is the smallest
  1. Start with a base card 14 x 21 score at 10.5, dsp 13.5 x 10, small rectangles 10.5 x 7, very vanilla 6 x 5 (dragonfly's)
  2. stamp the dragonfly's, colour the wings, fussy cut 
  3. colour the bakers twine using the stampin' blends
  4. on small rectangle stamp the sentiment 
  5. die cut all the rectangles 
  6. adhere the dsp rectangle to the base card using liquid glue
  7. adhere the 2 smaller rectangle's together at an angle
  8. wrap the bakers twine around the rectangles and tie with bow
  9. then again using liquid glue adhere these to the base card
  10. attach the dragonfly's using dimensional pads
  11. add the sequins

Intermediate level - colouring with alcohol markers, die cutting, dry embossing, layering, stamping

Materials required for this card are:

Bundles: adventurous sky
Card Stock: basic white, copper clay
Designer Series Paper: take to the sky
Dies: everyday details (3)
Embossing Folders: so swirly
Ink: memento tuxedo black
Punches: happy labels
Stampin' Blends: balmy blue, copper clay grey granite, color lifter
Stamps: simply said
Accessories: 23.5 color dots
when using layering dies (1) is the smallest
  1. Start with a base card 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5, white layer 14.5 x 10.5, copper layers 6 x 14.5, 5.5 x 10.5, dsp 5.5 x 14.5, 5 x 10.5, white for circle, sentiment & plane
  2. dry emboss the white layer using the folder, then adhere to the base card using liquid glue
  3. adhere the pieces of dsp to the copper backings using liquid glue, then adhere to the base card
  4. stamp the sentiment and plane, then colour the plane using the blends
  5. use the punch to crimp each end of the sentiment
  6. die cut the circle and plane
  7. dry emboss the circle
  8. attach these three elements using dimensional pads
  9. add the colour dots
