Biggest Wish meets Forever Plaid 3D

Intermediate - die cutting, dry embossing, embellishing, layering, stamping
This card is my interpretation of a card designed by Peggy Noe of 'prettypapercards'

Materials required for this card are:

Card Stock: crumb cake, scrap of basic white 
Designer Series Paper: *in good taste 
Dies: deckled rectangles (4,8), *taylor made (3)
Embossing Folders: forever plaid 3D
Ink: crumb cake, misty moonlight
Stamps: biggest wish
Accessories: heart & home memories & more cards & envelopes, linen thread
 
* = no longer available, when using layering dies (1) is the smallest
  1. Start with a base card from the heart & home pack cut down to 14.2 x 10.8 folded, crumb cake layers 13.5 x 10, 9 x 4, dsp 9.5 x 6
  2. stamp the sentiments, happy in crumb cake and birthday in misty moonlight
  3. die cut all the pieces, 4 in all
  4. dry emboss the crumb cake layer
  5. adhere the first two layers to the base card using liquid glue
  6. adhere the tag ring to the tag using liquid glue
  7. attach the tag using dimensional tabs (make sure there is a dimensional behind the tag hole
  8. make a bow using the linen thread and place it into the tag hole

Round we Go Bundle meets So Swirly

Birthday Card for my cousin Heather 



Easy - die cutting, dry embossing, embellishing, layering, stamping

Materials required for this card are:

Bundles: round we go
Card Stock: basic white, grey granite, peach pie, petunia pop, pretty in pink
Embossing Folders: so swirly
Ink: gray granite, peach pie
Accessories: 24/6 in color resin dots
  1. Start with a base card 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5, gray layer 10 x 14, white layer 9.5 x 13.5, white piece 5 x 15, one each of peach pie, petunia pop, pretty in pink  5 x 5, basic white 1.7 x 7.5
  2. stamp the stars & dots onto the white layer and the happy birthday onto the small white strip
  3. emboss the white layer using the folder
  4. adhere the 2 layers using liquid glue to the base card (not the sentiment)
  5. die cut all the pieces for the pinwheels and adhere them together with a little liquid glue in the centres
  6. adhere the yellow one to the card using liquid glue, the light pink one using a glue dot and  the third one using a dimensional pad
  7. attach the sentiment using dimensional pads 
  8. Add the resin dots

Wanted To Say meets Metal Plate 3D

Easy - die cutting, dry embossing, layering

Materials required for this card are:

Card Stock: basic beige
Designer Series Paper: oxidised copper
Dies: everyday details, wanted to say
Embossing Folders: metal plate 3D
accessories: adhesive sheets
  1. Start with a base card 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5, dsp 10 x 10, 5 x 8.5, 4 x 2.5, beige 10 x 4
  2. add adhesive backing to the dsp for the happy birthday 
  3. die cut the stars and happy birthday pieces
  4. attach the happy birthday to it's backing piece
  5. dry emboss the beige strip using the metal plate folder
  6. adhere the metal plate strip and the square dsp piece to the base card using liquid glue
  7. attach the happy birthday and stars using dimensional pads
  8. the 'you're a star' was computer generated and die cut using one of the everyday details dies

Country Flowers meets Simply Said

Intermediate - colouring with alcohol blends, die cutting, heat embossing, layering, stamping

Materials required for this card are:

Bundles: country flowers
Card Stock: basic white, pretty in pink, basic grey, vellum
Designer Series Paper: 24/6 in colours
Dies: spotlight on nature
Embossing Powder: white
Ink: memento black, versaMark
Stampin' Blends: old olive, pretty in pink, petunia pop, smoky slate, 
Stamps: simply said
Accessories: iridescent pearls
  1. Start with a base card 14.5 x 21 scored at 10.5, basic white 9 x 6.5, dsp 9.6 x 3.6 (need 3), pretty in pink 10 x 4 (need 3) 1 x 14 (sentiments), vellum 8 x 8, 
  2. stamp the teapot and flowers then colour them using the alcohol blends
  3. die cut the teapot, flowers and circle
  4. stamp the sentiments using versaMark and heat emboss in white, then fussy cut
  5. adhere the dsp to the 3 card panels using liquid glue, then adhere to the base card again using liquid glue
  6. adhere the flowers to the teapot, then adhere the circle (only using glue in the area where you want to place the teapot) to the base card
  7. attach the teapot & flowers and sentiments using dimensional pads
  8. add the pearls
